Families only see a visit report once a nurse has signed it, so reports must never wait too long. When the Lead Nurse is busy, off or on leave, the Relief Nurse Reviewer keeps the reports moving and the clients safe.
What you will do
- Review and sign visit reports in our app when they are waiting for a nurse
- Send reports back to caregivers with a question when something is unclear
- Respond to urgent concerns when you are on the rota
- Occasional home visits when the Lead Nurse is away
What you need
- Registered nurse with a current NMCN licence
- At least two years' nursing experience after qualifying
- Reliable internet and a smartphone, including an authenticator app for secure sign-in
- Based in Lagos, or able to reach Lagos for occasional visits
It helps if you have
- Home health, community or geriatric nursing experience
- Experience reviewing clinical records
